Fall Auction – UPDATE

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Fall Auction as a donor, bidder or volunteer! Through your generosity we have raised over $6,500 for the church.

There are a few meals and events that have additional seats available – please check out the “Extra Seats” page on the auction website.

Information for Bidders:

Bidder statements are in your email.

The bidder statement includes information on dinner seats you’ve won or bought and any services that you have won.

The statement shows if you have a balance due. We appreciate prompt payment so we can put that money to work in the church and close our books. Payments can be made by credit card (link in the statement), PayPal (link in the statement) or check (bring on 11/17 or send to office with “Auction” in memo line).

If you have won or bought a seat at a dinner or event, the hosts will be in touch with you soon to confirm. If you have won a service, the donor will be in touch with you to coordinate delivery.

Information for Donors
Thank you for donating a meal, event or service. We had so many popular offerings this year.

If you donated a service, please reach out to the winner to arrange delivery.

If you are hosting a meal or event, please email the participants as soon as possible with a “Save the Date” notice and to confirm you have correct contact information.

If there were additional seats available to your event, we have posted them on the auction website. Please reach out to the Auction team prior to your event to see if there were any late registrants.

This is one of the milestone fundraising events of the season, helping to fund the loving work of our congregation.  You have the chance to make it a huge success while having a wonderful time in fellowship with your community. But to make this most rewarding, we all need to contribute! Your donation of special services and hosted events is the backbone of this fundraiser. Stop by the auction table on Sunday to sign up to host a meal, or to get more information. Can’t cook? Join a friend and host together to spread the workload, or consider contributing a service to be offered up for auction.
