RE 2011-2012 Registration

Welcome to the TJMC Religious Education (RE) program registration. This form will be used to enroll your family in the 2011-12 RE program, and will help us track your volunteer choices.

Note: if you prefer NOT to type in all this information but would rather review the data we already have on-file, please stop by the RE Registration table on Sundays to review your pre-filled form!

You may also opt to download a Blank Registration Form . Once you complete the form, please bring it in on Sunday or mail or fax to the church office.

Family Information
  1. Please indicate the service that works best for your family. We ask that you commit to that service until January. Please note that youth RE programs (6th - 12th grades) are offered only at the 11:15 service.
